The car is just about ready for paint.
You can see from the
pictures below that the outside of the body has been sealed with red
sealer. What you can't see however, is where the new quarter
panels were
replaced nor where all the other glasswork has been done. The
vast
majority of the body had to have varying degrees of glasswork
done. Both rear
quarter panels and tail light panel were replaced, as well as the
driver's side door, & one-half of the right front finder.
Repairs were also made to the left front rocker panel area and just in
front of the left rear wheel, not to mention a dozen bonding strips
that had to be replaced or reattached. Now that all of that has
been done, we have a better than new body, that will have a new paint
job shortly.
